Що робити
- Prepare and process approved supplier, payroll, tax, employee, and other business payments through online banking platforms in line with established authorization and control requirements.
- Verify payment instructions, beneficiary details, supporting documentation, approvals, payment dates, and currencies, and coordinate the resolution of rejected, returned, delayed, or incorrectly processed payments.
- Monitor daily bank balances, prepare cash-position reports, and support short-term cash-flow forecasting by consolidating expected receipts and payment obligations across the business.
- Identify and communicate upcoming funding requirements, timing conflicts, or potential liquidity concerns to Finance leadership.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment clearing accounts, and treasury-related general-ledger balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in treasury operations, accounting, banking operations, accounts payable, or a related finance role.
- Practical experience processing payments, working with online banking platforms, and reconciling bank accounts.
- Working knowledge of cash accounting, payment controls, bank reconciliations, foreign-currency transactions, and month-end close activities.
- Experience working within approval matrices, segregation-of-duties requirements, and dual-control payment processes.
