About the Role:
— As a Creative Producer, you’ll create ads for Meta Ads campaigns. Every day, we follow global trends and look for fresh approaches and our users’ pain points to reach our target audience through video or static ads.
You will:
— Come up with creative ad concepts aligned with the product strategy. — Write briefs for designers, review creatives, and get them ready for launch. — Research audiences, competitors, social media, and user reviews to uncover insights and market best practices. — Build ads for Meta (and other platforms). — Analyze creative performance and suggest how to improve or rework them. — Take part in brainstorms and team discussions.
We’ll have a match if you:
— Have a strong eye for advertising and social media trends. You’ve seen a lot of ads and know what works. — English B2. — Have a basic understanding of the ad market, performance marketing fundamentals, and user acquisition principles. — Know your way around key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS) and understand what they actually tell you. — Know how to research and analyze target audiences and find insights. — Take a systematic, structured, and analytical approach to your work. — Learn fast and can process large amounts of information. — Are self-motivated, proactive, and open to new challenges.
Will be an advantage:
— Interest in AI assistants and productivity tools, and keeping up with the AI tools market. — Genuine curiosity about audiences. You spend a lot of time in online communities (Reddit, TikTok, forums) and love digging for insights. — Scriptwriting experience and a passion for storytelling. — Hands-on experience with AI tools.
