Що робити
- Monitor trading services, strategy instances and critical production dependencies in real time;
- Monitor exchange connectivity, market data feeds, order flow, fills, latency, API/WebSocket errors and rate limits;
- Detect technical anomalies and deviations in the observable state of trading services;
- Perform first-line incident investigation and predefined recovery actions within approved permissions;
- Classify and escalate incidents to Traders, Risk,Operations or Engineering according to severity and incident type;
Що очікуємо
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field;
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading and exchange infrastructure;
- Understanding of the trading lifecycle: market data, deals, executions, liquidity and position updates;
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking, with the ability to identify anomalies and perform initial investigation;
- Confident Excel skills and ability to work with operational and trading data;
