About the role
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Media Buyer to join our iGaming team and take ownership of launching, testing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
You’ll work with a ready-to-use infrastructure, a wide range of offers, and a dedicated creative team. Your main goal will be to find profitable combinations, scale winning campaigns, and maximize ROI.
What you’ll do
Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads
Test and scale profitable ad combinations, creatives, and funnels
Analyze campaign performance and key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROI, ER
Set up and monitor tracking and analytics
Work with designers: prepare clear creative briefs and provide feedback
Test different creatives, approaches, and funnels through A/B testing
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights from campaign results
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve profitability and scale
What we’re looking for
1+ year of hands-on experience with TikTok Ads — recent experience is important
Practical experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, ad formats, and moderation
Experience with A/B testing of creatives and funnels
Experience with trackers such as Keitaro or similar solutions
Understanding of antidetect browsers, proxies, and account farming
Experience with SPY tools/services for competitor and creative research
Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing tools is a plus
English — B2 or higher
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on campaign data
