Що робити
- Create and tailor well-structured CVs that effectively highlight candidates’ qualifications, skills, and achievements in line with specific job requirements
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team, Hiring Managers, and candidates to gather and clarify information about candidates’ professional experience, technical skills, and key accomplishments
- Rewrite, edit, and proofread CVs to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with the corporate standards and Clients’ requirements
- Use Claude AI to support CV writing, editing, paraphrasing, and content optimization while ensuring the accuracy and quality of the final output
- Rewrite, update, and maintain internal corporate documentation on SharePoint
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content writing, CV writing, or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry
- Experience in using Claude AI or similar AI tools to support writing, editing, and content improvement
- Ability to understand candidates’ professional backgrounds and effectively present their key skills and achievements in alignment with specific vacancies
- Familiarity with the IT terminology, technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Good understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and development tools, with the ability to recognize and accurately represent them in candidates’ CVs
