Що очікуємо
- 4.5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- 2+ years as a Team Lead or Tech Lead with direct responsibility for engineers and delivery
- Strong system design and software architecture skills, with the ability to explain alternatives and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience with estimation, task decomposition, sprint planning, scope control, risk management, and delivery coordination
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
