Що робити

  • Receive and respond to customer requests in a clear, professional manner
  • Reproduce reported bugs manually to confirm they're real (vs. a misunderstanding) before escalating
  • Create well-structured tickets with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, severity, screenshots, and relevant context so developers can pick them up efficiently

Що очікуємо

  • Around 1 year of experience in a similar role (technical support, QA, or customer-facing engineering)
  • Strong verbal and written English — clear, precise, and audience-aware (B2 and above)
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
  • Ability to write structured bug reports and support tickets
  • Analytical mindset: able to isolate problems, spot patterns, and document findings

Що пропонуємо

  • Comfortable reading and interpreting code (understanding logic and spotting where failures might originate — not writing production code)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and log analysis (reading responses, identifying error codes, tracing request flows)
