Що робити
- The full recruitment cycle: from communicating with hiring managers and defining job profiles to onboarding candidates (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offer).
- Working with a wide range of technical roles: actively searching for and attracting engineers (mechanical, electronics, embedded systems, and design engineers) and IT specialists at various levels (from developers to management positions).
- Direct Sourcing: reaching out to passive candidates via LinkedIn, DOU, GitHub, Djinni, industry-specific communities, and alternative recruitment channels.
- Alignment with the business: Close collaboration with R&D and technical department leaders to gain a precise understanding of selection criteria.
- Candidate support: Providing high-quality feedback at every stage and fostering a positive candidate experience.
