• 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within product companies or fast-growing technology environments;
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market with a strong understanding of market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring best practices;
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with active candidate search through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, job boards, referrals, and other channels;
• Strong expertise in active sourcing and direct search, with demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates;
• Experience owning and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and hire;
