- Lead customer infrastructure projects through all phases including planning, execution, deployment, documentation, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary project manager and central point of communication between customers, general contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate engineering, logistics, procurement, staging, field deployment, and project support activities to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor project scope and manage change requests to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
Що очікуємо
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing technical infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, and IT systems.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong experience administering Jira, including workflows, dashboards, automation, permissions, and integrations.
- Experience with Confluence, Tempo, or similar project and resource management platforms.
