astern Peak is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects, mostly AI-first, and to work closely with our Sales team on the UK and European markets.
This role combines two equally important directions. On the delivery side, you will manage projects from discovery to release, making sure they are built on time, within budget, and with excellent quality. On the pre-sale side, you will act as the technical partner of our sales managers: meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, shaping AI-first solutions, and helping turn early conversations into signed projects.
Your workload will be planned so that you always have time for pre-sale activities, with an approximate 50/50 split between project management and pre-sale.
Key Qualifications: ● Excellent English (spoken and written) — mandatory. ● Readiness for regular business trips to the UK (approximately 1–2 times per month) to meet potential and existing clients. ● 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development. ● Proven pre-sales experience with measurable results and a genuine interest in pre-sales as an important part of your role. ● Experience running client meetings, discovery sessions, and solution presentations with business and technical stakeholders. ● Strong ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications, high-level technical designs, estimates, and proposals. ● Hands-on experience with AI projects and AI-powered development, AI coding assistants, AI agents, and workflow automation. ● Experience working with cloud platforms. ● Solid understanding of software development methodologies. ● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
