Що робити
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, releases, and support;
- Coordinate team activities, priorities, timelines, and dependencies;
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, developers, and business stakeholders;
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions, analyzing and comparing proposed solutions;
- Identify and manage technical, product, and organizational risks at early stages;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of project management experience in software development;
- Previous hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably as a Backend Developer, Data Engineer, Software Architect, or Technical Lead;
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and frontend/backend interaction principles;
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including High Availability, Fault Tolerance, CAP Theorem, replication, sharding, and data consistency;
