Backlog Ownership & Requirement Shaping
Manage and continuously refine the technical delivery backlog, ensuring sequencing and readiness are aligned with Product Managers, business goals, engineering capacity, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready tasks.
Phase deliverables (e.g., POC, MVP, future iterations) based on business value and technical complexity.
Identify and resolve gaps, unclear assumptions, edge cases, and risks during refinement before work is presented to the development team.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager in a software development environment.
Experience working on technically complex products or platforms, with the ability to quickly understand domain-specific workflows, constraints, and dependencies.
Strong backlog management skills, including story decomposition, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization.
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to challenge assumptions, uncover edge cases, and surface risks early.
Technical literacy sufficient to communicate effectively with developers and Architects (deep hands-on coding expertise is not required).
