Що робити
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specs and user stories
- Work closely with development, design, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; drive sprint planning and release cycles
- Communicate progress, blockers, and trade-offs to stakeholders and clients
- Identify technical risks early and collaborate with engineers on solutions
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years in a Product Manager or Technical PM role in a software company
- Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Ability to read and discuss technical documentation, APIs, and architecture
- AI fluency is a must: we actively use Claude, Claude Code, and other AI tools across the team and expect the same from you
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA, business)
