Що робити

  • 🔸Product demos & account management: Lead and run product demos, introductory calls, and follow-ups to guide users through the sales process, and provide further assistance
  • 🔸Relationship management & partnerships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to drive long-term success and satisfaction
  • 🔸End-to-end sales ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM management, reporting, and coordination of legal/contracting steps
  • 🔸Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize results
  • 🔸Performance tracking & optimization: Use data and dashboards to monitor performance, improve sales workflows, and continuously optimize outcomes

Що очікуємо

  • ️Senior-level expertise in sales and account management, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • ️Strong management skills - ownership of scope, cross-team collaboration, and willingness to grow
  • ️Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • ️Confidence in conducting demo calls, negotiating, and driving results
  • ️Ability to deeply understand the Mailtrap product, including its technical aspects, and independently address common technical questions from customers
