ChargerSystem builds a CPMS — a management platform for EV charging infrastructure. Our clients are charging network operators in Ukraine and abroad, and the platform is integrated with international roaming aggregators and payment providers.
We're looking for someone to become the single point of ownership for operational relationships with partners and integrations. The position sits at the intersection of technical expertise, operational execution, and managing external relationships.
You'll communicate with partners directly, coordinate the rollout of new functionality, and make sure agreements turn into working integrations.
What you'll own
Partners and integrations
Day-to-day operational communication with partner companies (roaming aggregators, network operators, charge point discovery services) — 6–8 active partners & growing
Coordinating the rollout of new functionality: scope, timelines, release sequencing, customers & holder expectations, preparing external communications for releases & new features
Integration delivery: status tracking, data import, configuration, launch readiness
Running regular operational meetings with partners
Advising partners on how the platform works: payment methods, billing algorithms, presets, station schedules
Payments and merchants
Supporting merchant registration, activation, and configuration in payment systems
Handling payouts, refunds, and refund dispute cases
Coordinating the resolution of failed or incorrect transactions
Evaluating new payment solutions and preparing recommendations
Analytics and reporting
Preparing analytical reports on charging station performance at partner request
Investigating charging session issues, abnormal consumption, and incorrect account balances
Consumption statistics across station groups
Internal collaboration
Creating and managing tickets in Jira, working with L2/L3 engineering teams
Maintaining internal documentation on partners and processes
What we're looking for
Required
2+ years in a role managing B2B partners or clients in a technical product: technical account management, partner operations, integration management, or technical customer success
Technical literacy: you understand REST APIs and webhooks, can read logs and documentation
Experience with payment systems or financial flows (transactions, reconciliation, refunds, payouts)
Upper-Intermediate English or above — daily written and spoken work with international partners
Autonomy in external communication: you run a partner relationship without needing every message reviewed internally
Follow-through: you close issues rather than reporting that you've emailed someone
Nice to have
Background in EV charging, energy, IoT, or adjacent domains
Familiarity with OCPP/OCPI
Experience with Jira and Google Workspace administration
Analytical skills: SQL or confident work with large data exports
What you get
Direct ownership of a business area, not execution of someone else's decisions
Direct access to the CEO, CTO and the product team — decisions get made fast
Real product influence: the feature requests you bring from partners land on the roadmap
A growing domain: EV infrastructure in Ukraine and new markets
Market compensation
Equity: we're setting up an ESOP for key roles, and this position is included. Specific terms are discussed at the final stage.
