Що робити
- Process Development, Documentation, and Adoption
- Design, document, and implement core Engineering processes: product development lifecycle (PDLC), design reviews, change management, document control
- Build and maintain a structured document management system — engineering drawings, BOMs, test procedures, work instructions and other artifacts
- Define and enforce configuration management practices across hardware and software
- Certification Readiness within Engineering
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, quality engineering, or regulatory/compliance roles in a hardware or electronics company
- Hands-on experience with at least one major certification process: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or similar
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, test reports, engineering specifications
- An understanding of information security practices in an engineering organization, in areas like code repositories as well as document and knowledge management systems
- Strong process thinking — can map a workflow, find gaps, and build practical solutions
