- Serve as the main contact person for the customers’ technical team members, offering guidance, motivation, and day-to-day support.
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members to client projects, ensuring alignment with team dynamics and delivery expectations.
- Conduct One2One meetings and check-ins in your client teams.
- Assist the team in resolving blockers with the client and support them in managing work-related or personal challenges.
