Що робити
- Lead a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring and regular feedback.
- Own the team's technical delivery—from planning and estimation to releases and production support.
- Drive code quality, architecture decisions and continuous improvement of existing services.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.
- Hire, onboard and develop engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial Python development experience.
- 1+ years as a Team Lead.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Understanding REST, experience with different protocols (especially http and gRPC))
- Experience with databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis) and messaging systems (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
