Що робити
- Organize and strictly control the full cycle of payroll, bonuses, and related payouts across Ukrainian (sole proprietor/FOP), Cypriot, and Polish jurisdictions, with Ukraine accounting for the majority of volume
- Ensure accurate reflection of expenses in management accounting, prepare consolidated data for management reporting, and actively participate in the budgeting process
- Research and analyze taxation specifics across jurisdictions, ensure document accuracy, and guarantee full compliance with local and international legislation
- Contribute to process automation initiatives (including AI-driven process improvements), write technical specifications for developers to enhance accounting and finance systems
- Coordinate daily operations with the accounting team lead, provide financial guidance to colleagues, and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors/contractors
