- Leading and developing the L&D Projects team, including task allocation, performance management, and professional development.
- Managing corporate learning and development projects of different scales, from local initiatives to company-wide programs.
- Developing and improving employee onboarding, mentoring, and professional development programs.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and senior management to identify learning needs and align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
- Implementing improvements, automation, and modern digital tools in L&D processes.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in corporate L&D.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Proven experience implementing corporate L&D projects, including large-scale initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with senior management and business stakeholders.
