We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to join our international iGaming team and develop the affiliate direction across LATAM. We need a strong leader who can manage a team, build processes, develop the affiliate network and take ownership of the overall results.
What you have to do: • Manage and develop a team of Affiliate Managers, set KPIs and monitor performance. • Develop the affiliate strategy based on priority GEOs and business goals. • Search for and onboard new affiliates, webmasters, agencies and affiliate teams. • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals. • Build and maintain relationships with key partners. • Monitor traffic quality, FTD, ROI and other key metrics. • Optimize campaigns and scale the most effective traffic sources. • Build and improve cold outreach and partner acquisition processes. • Participate in hiring, onboarding and training Affiliate Managers. • Prepare reports and forecasts, monitor the market and new traffic sources. • Represent the company at relevant industry conferences.
What is important to us: ✔ 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming. ✔ 1+ year of team management or mentoring experience. ✔ Proven experience in acquiring and developing affiliate partners. ✔ Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models. ✔ Ability to analyze traffic economics and make data-driven decisions. ✔ Strong negotiation and business communication skills. ✔ Cold sales / B2B sales / outreach experience is a plus. ✔ Ability to build processes from scratch. ✔ English B2+. ✔ Own affiliate network and partner contacts will be a strong advantage.
