Що робити
- Source and identify potential candidates for Junior and Middle-level positions across various departments;
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, Telegram communities, referrals, and other platforms;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
- Conduct initial candidate research and profile assessments based on predefined requirements;
- Add and maintain candidate information in Workable ATS;
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role;
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, job boards, Telegram channels, and other sourcing platforms;
- Understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and talent market research;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information;
