- Develop tailored outreach strategies per role and target audience.
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate handover process.
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and AI tools to streamline sourcing workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of proven experience in IT sourcing or lead generation.
- Strong command of deep search and outreach strategies beyond LinkedIn (GitHub, Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
- Hands-on experience working with ATS, CRM, and AI tools.
- Ability to effectively manage talent pipelines and segment candidate pools.
- Experience sourcing for Web3, Crypto, or Tech profiles will be a strong plus.
