Що робити
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to identify and attract high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions
- Identify and engage passive candidates using creative and targeted sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates’ profiles and CVs to assess their alignment with role requirements
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and online research methods
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing tools, platforms, and recruitment technologies
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, recruitment policies, procedures, and key stages of candidate evaluation
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and the IT outsourcing industry
