Що робити
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain longlists and shortlists of potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, including CV reviews and introductory calls.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and TA Specialists.
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in our ATS.
Що очікуємо
- At least 6 months of experience in a recruitment team as a sourcer or recruiter.
- Strong written and spoken English is a must, as the role involves working with international markets.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow.
