Що робити
- ✅ Search for technical specialists (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation) using LinkedIn, GitHub, and advanced Boolean or X-ray search techniques
- ✅ Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s CRM or ATS system
- ✅ Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies for open roles
- ✅ Track and evaluate the performance of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, professional communities, etc.)
- ✅ Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience
Що очікуємо
- 🔹 At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- 🔹 Skills in Boolean and X-ray search, as well as other sourcing techniques
- 🔹 Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools
- 🔹 Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic technical terminology (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation)
- 🔹 Basic knowledge of ATS or project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar)
