- Own end-to-end hiring for our hardest, most niche roles from intake meeting to signed offer.
- Build and run proactive sourcing strategies that reach passive candidates wherever they are, not just on LinkedIn.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, calibrate on signal, and keep pipelines moving.
- Design and run structured, evidence-based interviews and assessments that reliably predict on-the-job performance.
- Own a candidate experience that reflects who we are and converts top talent.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Proven track record filling niche, hard-to-fill roles where candidates don’t respond to job posts.
- Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, communities, and the open web.
- Independence and proactivity, with the ability to drive the hiring process without close oversight.
- Hands-on experience with structured, scorecard-based assessment.
