  • Own end-to-end hiring for our hardest, most niche roles from intake meeting to signed offer.
  • Build and run proactive sourcing strategies that reach passive candidates wherever they are, not just on LinkedIn.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, calibrate on signal, and keep pipelines moving.
  • Design and run structured, evidence-based interviews and assessments that reliably predict on-the-job performance.
  • Own a candidate experience that reflects who we are and converts top talent.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
  • Proven track record filling niche, hard-to-fill roles where candidates don’t respond to job posts.
  • Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, communities, and the open web.
  • Independence and proactivity, with the ability to drive the hiring process without close oversight.
  • Hands-on experience with structured, scorecard-based assessment.
