• Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher, and you can conduct interviews and handle professional communication in English.
• You have successfully filled non-tech roles and can independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
• You can proactively source and engage candidates beyond inbound applications.
• You conduct structured interviews and provide evidence-based candidate assessments.
