Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from requirement intake and job profiling to offer delivery and candidate onboarding handoff.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Actively identify and reach out to passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, developer communities, social platforms, and specialized networks.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidates’ hard and soft skills, check cultural fit, and run spoken English checks.
Process Coordination: Facilitate interview stages with hiring managers, gather constructive feedback, and guide candidates through each step of the pipeline.
Offer Management: Prepare competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in product-oriented or software service IT companies.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern tech stacks, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and common technical roles.
Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record with Boolean search strings, X-ray queries, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS platforms.
Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or Advanced English proficiency for professional written communication, conducting English checks during pre-screens, and hosting full interviews in English when needed.
Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for HR and recruitment operations.
