- You take action quickly and don’t postpone things until the next day waiting for the perfect moment.
- You will work closely with a dedicated Sourcer, who will handle the sourcing for your vacancies. This means you can spend less time on repetitive sourcing tasks and focus more on candidates, interviews, client communication, and recruitment strategy.
- The main part of this role is communication. You will speak with candidates, conduct interviews, and work directly with international clients. You will also lead clarification calls to understand what kind of candidates the client needs.
