- Own recruitment for the product end-to-end — from defining the hiring need and search strategy to offer
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor on role profiles, hiring priorities, and recruitment decisions
- Lead searches across marketing and technical functions, including senior, leadership, niche, and hard-to-fill roles
- Build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and using diverse sourcing channels and approaches
- Use recruitment data and funnel insights to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring performance, and support better decisions
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in product companies
- Strong track record of hiring across different functions and seniority levels, with hands-on experience in senior and leadership recruitment
- Advanced direct sourcing skills and a proven ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to advise, challenge, and influence hiring managers
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to turn hiring data into actionable insights and connect recruitment performance to business outcomes
