- Analyze, define, and document system requirements, specifications (SRS), and workflows from scratch
- by collaborating directly with device product teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams (BE, FE, DevOps, and testing) to ensure system features align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and compatibility issues.
- Support the development team by managing the backlog,clarifying requirements, and ensuring system feasibility.
