- Design the solution architecture, including data models, object structure, and business logic within Creatio, ensuring scalability and performance
- Collect and formalize business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners (SME and Retail flows)
- Design complex integrations with Core Banking (ABS B2), Card Processing, DWH, and Telephony (Asterisk)
- Prepare detailed API specifications (REST, SOAP, OData)
- Configure Business Processes (BPMN), Dynamic Cases (DCM), and UI pages (Freedom UI) using no-code / low-code tools, leaving complex C# logic to developers
