Що робити

• Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support to employees across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Administer and maintain corporate infrastructure, including network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti), LAN/WiFi networks, and VPN/RDP access.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
• Monitor system health and performance using Zabbix, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
