Що робити
- Provide technical support to users and promptly resolve technical issues.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair computer equipment.
- Configure and maintain network equipment and local area networks.
- Install, configure, and update software.
- Organize and provide technical support for video conferences.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in administering Windows 10/11 operating systems; knowledge of macOS will be an advantage.
- Understanding of network technologies and protocols.
- Skills in assembling, configuring, and diagnosing computers.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and ability to perform component replacement and basic hardware repairs.
- Experience installing, configuring, and updating software.
