- ▪️ Helping colleagues resolve technical issues, analyzing problems, and finding solutions
- ▪️ Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Linux) and connecting peripheral devices
- ▪️ Supporting basic network services (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- ▪️ Monitoring core cybersecurity aspects and data backup practices
- ▪️ Assembling, upgrading, and repairing office PCs

- ▪️ Responsible, a fast learner, and comfortable with routine tasks
- ▪️ Patient and able to explain technical things in plain language to non-technical colleagues

- What do we offer:
- Salary — $500 gross during the 3-month probation period, $800 gross after it
