Що робити

  • Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat and HelpDesk;
  • Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries;
  • Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures;
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes.

Що очікуємо

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Stress resistance and strong attention to detail;
  • Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals;
  • Experience in iGaming is preferred, but not mandatory;
  • Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus.
