Що робити
- Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat and HelpDesk;
- Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries;
- Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures;
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
- Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes.
Що очікуємо
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Stress resistance and strong attention to detail;
- Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals;
- Experience in iGaming is preferred, but not mandatory;
- Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus.
