Що робити
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and import of dietary supplements — from supplier coordination to delivery at destination (3PL / Amazon FBA).
- Ensure compliance with US import requirements for supplements: FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration, and related documentation.
- Review HTS/HS code classification, duties, and landed-cost calculations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers (sea and air) and manage the full documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, COA.
- Work with suppliers on production timelines, quality control, and packaging/labeling specs (Supplement Facts panel).
Що пропонуємо
- Direct experience sourcing from China-based manufacturers (negotiation, QC checkpoints, COA review).
- Knowledge of supplement labeling regulations (Supplement Facts, FDA requirements).
- Experience with recognized US 3PLs (e.g., ShipBob, ShipMonk, ShipCalm).
- Understanding of Section 301 tariffs and duty-optimization strategies.
