Що робити
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through launch
- Act as the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering independently (stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes)
- Define clear, measurable deliverables and ensure alignment on the definition of done
- Apply a product mindset: challenge assumptions, prioritize based on business value, and optimize scope for timely delivery
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- Experience working in outsourcing or product environments
- Strong understanding of modern web and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
