Що робити
- Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints.
- Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.
- Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience working on banking or FinTech projects is required.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.
- Ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and success criteria.
