Що робити
- Lead the project from scratch: Discovery → requirements and scope definition → estimate refinement → delivery
- Own budget control under the T&M model — tracking hours and scope in JIRA
- Manage client expectations and act as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate a cross-functional team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Design)
- Facilitate Discovery workshops and requirements elicitation with the client
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management (service companies preferred)
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development processes
- Proven experience leading Discovery phases
- Experience working directly with C-level / client-side stakeholders
