About the role:
We’re looking for a Strong Junior / Middle Email Marketing Specialist who’s hungry to grow. You’ll join our new Retention Team, working side by side with a senior expert as your mentor.
From day one, you’ll get your hands on real Shopify projects and build your skills in:
• Designing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo • Writing copy that converts (and looks good) • Setting up pop-ups and lead captures • Using data to analyze performance and improve results
This is a long-term, in-house role — not project-based freelance.

Who we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of experience with Klaviyo (flows + campaigns). • Hunger to learn, open to feedback, and the drive to constantly push your skills forward • Solid copywriting skills for e-commerce emails. • Experience with pop-up setup. • A strong e-commerce background, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies. • Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports. • A data-driven mindset — you see patterns, understand cause-and-effect, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
