- Own and manage the end-to-end sportsbook operation, ensuring a competitive, engaging, and responsible betting experience.
- Define and execute sportsbook strategy across pricing, offers, and product positioning to maximise turnover and margin.
- Monitor and optimise sportsbook performance across key KPIs including turnover, margin, player retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyse player behaviour, betting trends, and market performance to inform product and trading decisions.
- Work closely with trading, product, and CRM teams to enhance the sportsbook offering and customer journey and help define and deliver CRM strategy.
