Join our Data Services team and play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade data architectures that enable smarter business decisions and innovation.
As a Solutions Architect, you will define and drive end-to-end data solutions across PwC’s Data Services portfolio. This role requires a strong foundation in software architecture, data engineering, and cloud platforms, along with a deep understanding of architectural best practices, security, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end data solutions and architecture on Microsoft Azure.
Lead architecture decisions around Azure Databricks, Data Mesh, and Data Products.
Define governance, security, and data management standards using Unity Catalog.
Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas and reduce implementation risk.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to drive successful delivery.
Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and help solve complex technical challenges.
Contribute to architecture documentation, solution designs, and technology standards.
Mentor engineers and technical leads, promoting best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
Solid understanding of Data Mesh, Data Products, and data governance principles.
Experience with Python and/or C# for integration, automation, or platform development.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps practices, and distributed systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience as a System Architect, Lead Engineer, or Solution Architect is highly desirable.
