- First month. Map what already exists: which of our PMs have delivered solution-based projects, what artifacts and processes they use, what actually gets used versus what sits in a wiki, and what you would keep. This is a deliverable, not an onboarding period.
- First 6–12 months – prove and build the model. Lead one or two solution projects, typically $500K–$1M, as lighthouse engagements. On each, you own:
- Estimate validation and commercial framing
- Planning, project baseline, and scope management
- Core team formation and staffing readiness

- Delivered solution-based or fixed-price software projects end-to-end, personally accountable for scope, timeline and profitability
- Led complex multi-million-dollar engagements; $5M+ project or program experience preferred
- Set projects up from before kickoff: estimation, staffing calibration, governance, client reporting cadence
