We are looking for an experienced IoT Solution Architect to join a new project in the manufacturing domain.
You will play a key role in the discovery and solution design phases, helping shape an IoT ecosystem that connects multiple product families, devices, applications, and cloud services. The role involves close collaboration with product and technical stakeholders and requires a strong combination of solution architecture, IoT, cloud, and backend expertise.
What you’ll help us with
Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation planning.
Design end-to-end IoT architectures covering devices, connectivity, data ingestion, edge, cloud, and analytics.
Define architecture for communication and interaction between different IoT devices and product families.
Guide device development from concept to production and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and industrial design teams.
Select appropriate IoT technologies and protocols, including MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, and others.
Design solutions for device management, OTA updates, security at scale, low-latency communication, and bandwidth optimization.
Integrate third-party sensors, hardware, platforms, and external APIs.
Collaborate with product managers and technical teams on existing systems, software, and APIs.
Prepare architecture documentation and communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we expect
4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or technical consulting.
2+ years of hands-on experience designing IoT solutions.
Strong experience designing complex distributed systems and communicating architecture decisions clearly.
Experience with AWS or Azure.
Good understanding of DevOps practices and modern infrastructure, including containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
Practical backend experience with at least one of the following: C#, Python, Node.js, or Java.
Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
Ability to work directly with international clients and distributed technical teams.
Openness to adopting new tools and using AI to improve productivity.
Nice to have
Understanding of hardware and embedded systems.
Experience with C/C++.
Pre-sale experience.
Experience working with connected devices in the manufacturing or industrial IoT domain.
