- Research trends, formats, competitors, creators, and topics relevant to healthcare
- Develop content ideas, formats, scripts, and publishing plans
- Coordinate or create short-form video, static content, educational posts, and other social formats

- Proven hands-on experience growing social media accounts or brands
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content quickly
- Strong content instincts: hooks, storytelling, formats, positioning, and distribution
