- Own the Social Strategy: Develop and execute the brand’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create Content That Performs: Develop content ideas, formats, copy, and creative briefs across short-form video, static content, carousels, Stories, and other platform-native formats.
- Drive Content Production: Work with designers, creators, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to bring concepts to life and keep content production running smoothly.
- Grow the Community: Build meaningful relationships with audiences and use community insights to identify content and growth opportunities.
- Test, Learn & Optimise: Track social performance, identify what’s working, test new ideas and formats, and turn data into clear actions that improve results.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand, ideally across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, social algorithms, formats, trends, and platform best practices.
- A strong creative instinct and a good eye for content that is engaging, authentic, culturally relevant, and platform-native.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, identify patterns, and turn insights into action.
- Experience developing social strategies, content calendars, creative concepts, and briefs.
