• Experience: 2+ years in SMM with a proven track record (real cases with clear numbers: growth in reach, engagement, followers, or traffic).
• Hands-on execution: Experience running commercial accounts independently. If your experience is limited only to “coordinating a team” without personal content creation, this role is not a fit.
• Language Skills: Strong English (B2+ or higher) with the ability to write lively, culturally relevant texts for the US market. Fluency in Russian (for internal team communication).
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X algorithms. You must be able to explain exactly why a post succeeded or failed.
• Analytics Toolkit: Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, GA4, Bitly/Linktree, and advanced SMM analytics tools.
